In the first of the Food Dudes on Notable TV series, I caught up with my old friend, Adrian Niman, CEO of The Food Dudes, which specializes in luxury and custom catering. We cooked up a recession proof meal in his loft, and discussed how the recession is actually helping the Food Dudes.
