Bata Shoe Museum

Our colleague and one of the Toronto’s most highly regarded photographers, Nathan Buress, invited us to the “forever-cool” Bata Shoe Museum for a celebrity inspired photo shoot. Some of Toronto’s hottest models modeled shoes previously owned by Marilyn Monroe, Pamela Anderson, Cher, and more.

The Notable team found out a few things at the shoot; The final product that people often see after a photo shoot, the photo, doesn’t tell the entire story of the months of planning and strategizing that goes in to that same shoot. And also, that one of Marilyn Monroe’s shoes would sell for over $40,000. Would you buy it?

From pumps to knee-high’s this was one hot photo shoot. Nathan Buress and his team did an outstanding job – we can’t wait for the next one.
